  • Hi,

That may be because of a post already exist with the id:446. Try editing the slug of the post/page/custom post type with id:446 and putting something else. Now, you may be able to change the slug of current post to 446.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers

it does not help , there is no additional post / page / custom post type with the same slug. Also i tried to use the same slug with 2 fresh wordpress installations too . Try it yourself on your blog . It will not work.

    How about deleting post revisions?

After a bit of research I found that WordPress does not allow all numeric slug because it may conflict with other features. Either you need to use characters with your numbers or you may use this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/allow-numeric-stubs/
But, it seems this plugin has not been updated for a long time. Though you can try it and let us know if it works.

    Cheers
