header missing on dashboard in appearance

  • Is there a way to use another plug in to view and change the header background image?

    My header option is missing in appearance for my theme. I need to change a slide image background header, I think its called. I purchased a Jolly All Theme from MOJO Themes.

    I am new at this, can any one help.
