Insert/Edit Link and Add Media links not working

Hello,

I am having a few problems with the product pages on my website, for reference I have WooCommerce as the e-commerce plugin, I’m using the theme Replete and this is one of the product pages that I am working on – https://velopex.com/en/product/extra-x/

The Insert/Edit Link button isn’t active when I highlight text within any of the text boxes, and if I click it anyway nothing happens and its as if it activates scroll lock, I’m unable to navigate the page by scrolling.

Also I am unable to add any media to the product. I can’t add product gallery images either. When I click either the Add Media link or the add product gallery images link it just redirects me to the top of the page and nothing else happens.

I have de-activated all of the plugins except for WooCommerce and then re-activated them one-by-one and this didn’t work. I then switched to twenty fourteen theme and this worked and I was able to add images and the links all worked fine. I then switched back to Replete and again I had the same problems.
To me this seems like the issues lie in the theme and so I deleted it and re-installed it however that made no difference and I’m still having problems!

I am relatively new to WordPress so any help would be greatly appreciated!
