Include quotation marks

    How do I search and replace a string that includes double quotation marks?

    For example, I want to search for:
    <a href="%" rel="attachment%><img

    (with the % wildcard, which seems to work) and replace with:
    <a href="#"><img

    When I try this, the replace operation fails due to the quotation marks.
