feature suggestions

I’d love to see the following features implemented in this plugin:

Move the comment form above the comments, so the “leave a reply” box was above the “discussion” area.

The ability to remove comment form allowed tags.

The ability to hide the “required fields” message and indicator.

The option to change the text of the “submit” button in the comment area.
