Thank You page redirection not working

We have your widget set up to redirect to an absolute URL (https://bedtimemath.org/daily-math-signup-success/) after form submission. However, when the submit button is pressed, the user is redirected to a blank page. Viewing the source of the page, it looks like a PHP file called nameparse.php. We have also tried using a relative URL (/daily-math-signup-success/), but the same thing happens. When we leave that field blank, the home page reloads correctly. Note that the actual signup *does* seem to be working (I’ve been getting the you’ve-signed-up emails).
To replicate:
1. Go to https://bedtimemath.org
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the CC signup form on the rightmost part of the footer.
3. Enter your email address, click “Join the Movement”Please address this ASAP.
