custom-header uses feature images

Hi,

When I activate this plugin it overrides the “custom header” images with the “feature images” from the pages. When I deactivate the plugin there are no headers even though there are header images set.

My theme is Air Balloon does anyone had a similar problem and figured out what the solutions is to not display feature images in the custom header?
