2 questions about theme 2014

I have two questions about the 2014 theme, well, maybe four.

1) is it possible to make the header image centered in the page instead of aligned to the left? if so how?

2) is it possible to make the page centered in the screen? right now mine is aligned on the left, I would like it to be centered. and how?

Oh, and can you change the color of the menu and side bars from black?
