recent portfolio items carousel

Using Virtue 2.3.5, free version.

The “recent portfolio items” carousel (specified when editing a portfolio item by setting “Similar Portfolio Item Carousel” to “Yes – Display Recent Projects” has disappeared in my portfolio pages.

I see the html is actually emitted but the width (or maybe height) of something get set to 0 so the carousel and its images are not visible.

I don’t know, but the problem is perhaps in recentportfolio-carousel.php where a data attribute, data-carousel-container, is set to “#carouselcontainer-portfolio” – however, there is no element with such an id. There is a element with an id “carouselcontainer”, however, and changing either to the other makes the carousel appear.

If you confirm this as a bug, can you also please let me know which way is best to temporarily fix this in my child theme – changing the id of “carouselcontainer” to “carouselcontainer-portfolio” or changing the data-carousel-container attribute – in case there are styles in play using that selector.
