Installing Button Templates

I want to use this button template to customize the download button (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-button-templates/) on the WordPress Download Manager page.
BUT, I can’t figure out what to do with the zip file that I get when I download the Button Templates. Where do I put them?
