How to remove from mobile theme

I am little confuse here, Are you want to disable the buttons for mobile site? Can you please confirm me about this so after that i can give status about it.

That is correct. I want to disable it on mobile devices. Unless there is way to make it smaller. As is stands now it covers almost half the screen making it hard for me or mobile users to read my posts.
