Need banner/header image ONLY on Home page

Can you remove the ‘coming soon’ page in your site so I can see what you are talking about? I can’t assist you since I don’t know what part of the code I should modify.

@jrh73 – Use this plugin : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/display-widgets/ which will allow you to control visibility of that widget pagewise.

I installed that but, don’t see where it made a difference. I’m not seeing it on the widgets page.

You should open the Banner widget and you’ll be able to see visibility options on the below of that widget.

I did that…still no difference. Maybe I messed up the code? I have another site that was built for me and I just copied the code and inserted into the header.php.

Is that what maybe is messing things up?

Well then plugin won’t control static texts. You should consider inserting image in the home page directly using editor or you’ve to use PHP code. Use is_home() function – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/is_home
