Plugin not working at all

  • I’m fairly new to wordpress so I purchased a template site to use and it seemed to have come preinstalled/precoded with Facebook comments only. After testing comments I found they weren’t appearing in my wordpress admin panel, nor anywhere on my Facebook. I thought this solution would solve my problem, but after installing the app the comment section appears to have disappeared completely from my site.

    Where have I gone wrong?

    The ‘Facebook social plugin’ is apparently the thing that’s already on my site, so maybe I need to disable that before enabling yours (if so how do I do that?)
