HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY BACKUPS?

  • Hello,
    I can no longer get into my website admin as it is completely f*ucked… so I can’t download my backups from there – I’m on my hostings file manager and viewing my backup folder and there are no zip files to be seen (I don’t backup my database just my files) just two files (which theoretically should be my backups) and when viewed it shows this:

    Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract

    ziqOJx6g.zip, and cannot find ziqOJx6g.ZIP, period.

    and when I download them it won’t let me extract them…

    When I attempt to extract the files it says: unable to expand “xxxx” error 2 – no such file or directory
