hire a wordpress smart person?

Hi,
Sorry if I’ve posted this twice, but I can’t find my old post.
I installed wordpress a couple of weeks ago and have written several posts.
I want my blog to have adsense, meta tags, images, comments, and I want each entry to have its own page.
I have installed plug-ins; some seem to work, some don’t. My blog doesn’t look right. My template isn’t showing, etc.
I would like to hire someone to fix my blog up for me. It would probably take someone smart about 2 minutes to fix. It would take me about 2 months.
