    Yes I followed those instructions

For my Database name, usermname, etc, they have a prefix in them, for example, prefix_wordpre, and prefix_blog. When I created them, I just put it “wordpre” and “blog” and it automatically added the prefix. Do I need the prefix there or not when I manually add the database name to the config.php file?

EDIT: changed it w/o prefix, still nothing

    So let’s try this:

depending on the host you are using, yourdomain.com resolves on their server to:

    /www/ or /wwwhost/ or /wwwroot/

as the “main floor” for your web pages.

If you ftp’d the wordpress files over to your host without looking, your files “might” be in /www/wordpress/.

If so, move them up one level, and try again.
