Wacky/Offset Outlines in IE9/Mobile/Other Browsers

  • tried on mobile and there is no problem as reported …. :/
    also tried on IE ( not IE9 but IE11) and it’s also working. i’ll try with IE9 later.

    just a question for you: how did you make the tooltip work on mobile devises?

    Can anyone take a look with IE?

    Why would the areas go off 90 degrees/offset?
