Error page from new user sign-up email

Check that "https://recruitmentreform.orginvalidpluginurlrequested(profile)" link being sent by whatever plugin you are using to see what that plugin is doing. If you added a link for that plugin to use, maybe there is a typo in it. If not, try setting the plugin to some other link and see what happens.
