Re-Publish an already published post…

I have my blog setup to ping the major search engines everytime I post. Well the first time I posted I was using a temporary IP web address because my domain wasnt registered yet. Well now its showing up in google page one for my keyword…but the URL dosnt work because my domain name works now.
How can I republish the same post so it will reping to the search engines and get this problem fixed?>
