• I’ve been searching the forums for this solution. There was some talk a few years ago about adding this feature, but it does not seem to have been added.

    I’m using Authorize.net Pro Forms. When the member selects the billing method, there is no field for billing name. The billing name is pulling from the first name and last name fields. I have some members that pay for other members that they have sponsored.

    How can I add a billing first name and billing last name field to the Authorize.net Pro Forms?

    Thank you in advance for your timely responses.

    Can anyone from s2member please respond to this request?

    Thank you.

    You need to read the Notice on the Description tab of this forum.

    KTS915, The problem with opening a support center ticket is that it never works. I have tried many times to install and run the s2member server scanner without success. I cannot proceed past that. It’s very frustrating when you are running a business and cannot find a solution to an issue. I thought these forums were to discuss issues and find solutions.

    This feature had been discussed several years ago and one comment was that they were working on it. Nothing was found since then and it was not added.

    @humanbodyworks,

    These forums certainly are for discussing issues and finding solutions. However, you specifically asked for “anyone from s2member please respond to this request”. That’s very unlikely to happen while you’re here, because they deal with Pro tickets first. Which is why I referred you to the Pro support notice.

    So either you wait here and see if a volunteer can help (which won’t be me, because I don’t use Authorize.net). Or else you contact Pro support. And if you can’t get the server scanner to work, that should be a red flag that your installation has an issue that needs to be fixed. If it’s not manifesting in significant problems now, those might not be far away.

    I’d suggest contacting your host to figure out the server scanner issue and, once that’s resolved, you will be able to open a Pro support ticket.

    Obviously, if someone else using Authorize.net has any suggestions, they can offer them here. But that may mean another significant wait for you.
