Display first two posts as complete, the rest as excerpts

You can do that, but I do believe you’ll need to make a child theme for this (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes), I unfortunately don’t know of any ready made solution for it.

If you do decide to go the child theme way, what you want to do is make two instances of The Loop (what WordPress uses to iterate over content) and have the first one use get_the_content() and be limited to two posts and the other one should keep using the_excerpt().

For those familiar with the_content(), I’m choosing to use get_the_content() here because the regular the_content() function will return an excerpt when used on pages with multiple items such as archive pages, blog pages etc.
