    Hi,

I installed your plugin and was able to easily get it set up for my client’s site – thank you! However, the client wants the transaction to remain on the site. It looks as though this plug-in does not offer that – is that correct?

I’m a developer, but I don’t do a ton of WordPress, so I’m trying to understand everything that needs to happen here. It looks like I need to have the client purchase a Paypal Pro or Paypal Advanced extension:
    https://docs.woothemes.com/document/paypal-extension-comparison/

Does that sound right? They already have a Paypal Pro account with Paypal.

I noticed that other people have asked you if your plugin supports Paypal Advanced, but that was several months ago. Does it support either of those extensions yet? If it doesn’t, will the Paypal Advanced or Paypal Pro extensions work without your plugin? What are the drawbacks to that?

Thanks so much for your time and help,
    Lisa

Unfortunately, Advanced is still not supported yet. If your client already has the full Pro, though, then that’s what I stick with anyway, and that is supported.

In the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout tab you’ll find options for PayPal Pro (DoDirectPayment) and Pro (PayFlow). Which one you need depends on the version of Pro the client has, but they both accomplish the same thing, which is that users are able to enter credit card details directly into the checkout page as opposed to being redirected through PayPal. Only Express Checkout redirects through PayPal.

So it sounds like this plugin will give you exactly what your client has, but you just need to get it configured accordingly. Let me know if you have any questions about that.

Great – thanks for your quick reply!

It looks like I had it configured incorrectly. It seems to be working-ish now for the most part – it looks like I need to configure my sandbox account for Pro, and then hopefully I’ll be good to go.

I’ll let you know if I run into anything else.

Thanks again for your time and help – I truly appreciate it!
