Can't properly edit web header title.

    Hi there, I am new to this so please be patient with me. I am trying to edit the <title> name of the website to help with SEO.

    I’ve already edited the name/title and description in the General Settings menu. However, when our website https://www.sonatadesign.ca loads, in the title section of the header it is still only called “Sonata”

    The link below is a pastebin of my header.php I’m having difficulty determining where our code is having issues and being unable to properly display the title and description.
