    Hello,

    i have a question. On the website (building in progress) https://pitstop1.dubbl.nl i use several contact forms.

    In most testcases (8/10) they work perfect but there are some visitors (2/10) who get an error code (“Failed to send the message. Please try again later or contact in another way”) after they submit the form. They keep having this problem, even if they use, different browsers or wait a day.

    I don’t know where to find a solution.

    Can anyone offer me some help?

  • Intermittent problems indicate some emails are being seen as spam somewhere in the email process. This is usually due to email headers (in particular the From email address used) or email content.

    Emails can be considered spam for a whole host of reasons and get rejected at many points in the email process in addition to your spam folder.
