    Hello @santhoshentranz,

    Usually, the plugin is installing correctly and there are no issues with form editing. Perhaps this is related with custom code in your theme or with another conflicting plugin.

    You can try editing your form after you’ve deactivated any plugins other than Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms: Multiple Form Instances installed, and with the default (twentyfifteen) theme. If the issue no longer occurs, then it is caused either by your theme, or by another plugin.
