Backing up database in new phpMyAdmin version?

    So I always backed up my database from my localhost without a problem using these guidelines:

    Now I appear to have a new/changed version of phpMyAdmin (it says this: 4.2.11, latest stable version: 4.3.9). I am worried I miss a box I have to tick to make the proper backup.

    Is there a website with guidelines/screenshot on how to backup database properly for this new version?
