• Pretty much the title sums it up, but for people who need more information.

    When I write a post, I don’t see the editor (Like the options for bold, italics, make a link, etc) I only see the default (text boxes).

    Do I need a plugin to activate it? Or is my WordPress Installation bad?

  • Dashboard -> Users -> Your Profile -> Recheck the box near the top and click on Save Changes. You may have to do a forced reload of the Write Post page when you get back there.

    I also have the problem of the visual editor graphics not showing. I am running 2.2 with firefox 2.0.0.4 unticking the selection box for a user does give me the text equivalents.

    It does work fine in IE 7 though….
