migration from live to local failed

Hi I have tried to follow the instructions of manually moving wordpress

and ended up with plenty of errors like these.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multi_author() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wordpress\wp-content\themes\twentytwelve\functions.php on line 450

I am able to access my dashboard already and I all my plugins are disabled.

Some one please help
