DepositPhotos Not Downloading

The error I’m getting is:
“Error occured during purchase process.”

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are aware of this issue with Depositphotos and already in contact with them to fix it. It seems to be an issue with their API somehow, I will follow up very soon.

Can you please check now – Depositphotos has deployed a fix for the API issue.

Just checked – same problem.

I don’t know if it matters, I’m purchasing using pre-purchased credits, not via a subscription.
