moderating comments

  • I have over 2300 comments awaiting moderation. I cannot movet to the bootom to mark all for deletion, and my computer freezes if I try to move down more than 2 per minute. Cannot upload akismet for some reason. I get 300-500 per day – all junk.
    any ideas how I can work around this to delete them all?

  • Sorry, no suggestions on your computer being slow, but if you’re getting that much spam, maybe you should disable comments on all but the most recent posts.

    Install bad bahaviour before you do anything else. Then delete the comments using SQL via your favourite MyQL client tool.
