    found the answer to my own question…

    on the style.css i looked for

    .header-wrapper .menu li a{
    color:#ffffff;
    display: block;
    font-size: 16px;
    font-weight: 500;
    line-height: 48px;
    padding: 0 33px;
    text-transform: uppercase;

    and changed font-size. Thank you for an awesome template!

    If you modify any theme files your changes will be lost when the theme is updated. You should use a custom CSS option or plugin or create a child theme to make those changes.
