How to add date wise export feature in it

How can i build a link can you help me in that i really don’t know about it.

Go to the CFDB Short Code page. Choose a form, choose Export File type. Put in filter and any other setting. The page auto-generates a URL that you can put in your browser to get an export file.

I tried that but its not working for me can you help me in that please

There is not option to export the last 7 days data in a excel sheet

Yes but it export all the data i need to export only last 7 days entry can you tell me how i can do that .
