Exact pixel sizes for Logo and Header images

    Hi there,

    Love this theme!! Can you help me with image sizes though please?

    I’ve tried to use the dimensions 3200 x 520 pixels given for the Header image but even when I have created a .jpg file in this exact size, it still distorts the image. Are these really the correct dimensions?

    Also, my logo image is cutting off at the bottom when viewed from a mobile phone browser so please can you advise on these dimensions too?

    I’m currently having to upload a Background image which diplays nicely on my laptop browser but incorrectly on my mobile phone.

    The natural image dimensions they use in their demo is
    3200 x 977.

    Hi – I am having difficulty with my header image – when I resize it to 3200 X 977 pixels, I get a white space on the right side. I would like my image to spread across the entire width of the browser window. BTW, the recommended size of 3200 X 520 pixels gives me a distorted picture.

    Do you have a help file which provides more info about customizing the theme? I don’t know CSS/ code.

    ok –
    the theme seems to stretch the image by default.

    If you want a non stretched image try this..
    Image size of 3200 x 1200
    Once the image is uploaded it will automatically ask you to crop.
    Drag the crop bar in about 25% from the left (leave full height).
    This seems to give you a more ‘regular’ looking image.

    Thanks 1rico1, but unfortunately your suggestion did not work. I seem to get the white space on the right side only when my browser is maximized. I use a 30 inch monitor. If the browser window is smaller it seems to capture the header image correctly.

    Also, does this theme have a help file I could look at?

    Just uploaded a new version that addresses this issue.

    The update is awaiting review and approval and should be available soon – in the meantime you can grab the latest version here: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/unconditional/developers/ by clicking on the latest version wich is 1.1.2.
