Help

  • This is probably my fault………. but anyways i heart your theme. Ok so I was adding a plug in and it told me to add a line of code to the template so I did. But i went back to delete it and nothing was there except this <?php
    // Silence is golden.?
    What did i do? or is this some plug in that protects the theme or something. Please help I am freaking out. Can i fix it?

    Sorry for not replying right away i had to work at my other job. Soo the plug in is quotes and tips. So i followed these instructions
    If you would like to use this block, please paste the following strings into the template source code <?php if ( function_exists( ‘qtsndtps_get_random_tip_quote’ ) ) qtsndtps_get_random_tip_quote(); ?>.

    so i put it here:
    Main Index Template
    (index.php)

    Anyways i was like oh i just freaking messed up so i went back to delete. And the code wasnt there anymore. all that was there was

    I read that sometimes it s a security feature in a theme and then i read that it was bad.

    I scanned the site nothing came up. Sigh- im scared.

    Mmm, but what kind of problem do you have?
    You could put that code in your child-theme functions.php ..
