User Passwords Problem

  • Hello Fellow Bloggers!

    Having some problems with Wordress and need some assistance. Before i launch in, im running wordress on a Hom Server using IIS and mySql.

    right then, first, its all up and running ??
    However, only the admin account seems to have control. i can login, post etc as the admin but that’s it, if i add additional users, they cant login (password incorrect when its not) and cant receive emails (Mail() not enabled?)

    this might be totally unrelated, but since installing wordpress, i have also been unable to login to my Outlook Web Access which is on the same server.

    Any help would be fantastic
