For centering the menu place the following code in WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS:

.main-nav ul li {
  display: inline-block;
  float: none;
}

For changing the order of the menu items go to WP-Admin > Appearance > Menu, drag and reorder the items.

That means the theme is displaying a default menu. Go to Appearance > Menus, create and save a menu. Switch to the “Manage Locations” tab and assign this menu.

You could download a plugin to add custom CSS code, for example:
Simple Custom CSS.

And then just add this CSS code to center the menu items:

.main-nav ul {
    display: table;
    margin: 0 auto;
}
