Vendor Options at a Store Front Level

Hello! I cannot find this anywhere on google, or if anyone has an idea if there is a plugin out there that allows or setups a low / out of stock inventory notifier creating an order form to send out to the vendors of that said low stock product

To Have a filled form or even a types out form of the low stock – reorder form with SKU number of the item.. any help would be greatly appreciate!
