Where do you see it? Have you switched to default themes/tried with other plugins disabled?

With the update of WooCommerce 2.3 I only get a blank page when trying to reach admin. I tried again with all plug-in’s disabled but the same result. Since my theme is not WooCommerce ready I switched themes to “Dazzle” which is supposed to be. again the same issue with 2.3. I have switched back to the previous 2.1.* until I hear more. I’m looking forward to the update. Any suggestions?

@stear111 check the server error logs/enable WP_DEBUG https://codex.www.ads-software.com/WP_DEBUG Ruling out theme conflicts should be done with Twenty Twelve.

Thank You Mike, I’ll give her a shot!!

I had the same issue when I updated today – user side of website looked fine but noting on the back side worked, would result in fatal error. I eventually deleted and re-installed WordPress then updated the wpconfig.php to look to the original MySQL database.

I backed up everything first from the hosting site
    Then Uninstalled WordPress/Reinstalled
logged onto new wordpress and activated all plugins/addons
(at this point it looked like I lost everything)
I then went to the wpconfig.php file through the hosting site and looked at it and realized it created a new database. I then updated the password to my old SQL database because I didn’t know it. then updated the wpconfig.php file to look at the old database.
Logged back on to dashboard – all fixed.

I too am getting blank wp-admin pages after updating to 2.3.1. Not knowing the root cause I took a different approach and disabled ALL my plugins. Then I started adding them back one at a time to see who the culprit was. When I activated Woocommerce, it happened again. So, I repeated the process and while doing so version 2.3.2 popped up. I tried it and…same problem.

In my case I couldn’t get to the dashboard at all – just a blank screen so I had no choice but to re-install WordPress.

I’m thinking about rolling back and waiting for a stable version to appear.

Me to, i cant access admin page just blank, now i back to 2.2.11 and i got admin page work again..

badaionly, how did you roll back to 2.2.11? i’m thinking of rolling back too

Same here, just updated to 2.3 earlier, then when I saw jetpack and woocommerce both had updates I decided to do them both at once which then resulted in a internal server error at first (both front and backend). Deleted the two folders from my plugin folder and managed to get back into the backend (and frontend), reinstalled jetpack without problems and then tried woocommerce which promptly borked my backend again. The frontend seems to work okay.

The backend throws this error at me:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/url/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 527

(url normally refers to my domainname which i edited out)

That is exactly what happened to me tonight – updated Woocommerce and jetpack together and then all this started.

I’m guessing that my initial complete borkification of both front and backend has to do with the fact that wordpress places a .maintenance file in the folder of your wordpress install, which is automatically removed when all updates are finished. Since the update process got interupted by the faulty woocommerce plugin, the updater couldn’t remove that plugin anymore which then results in

Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

If anyone wants to manually reload version 2.2.1, it’s available on GitHub at: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/releases/tag/2.2.11
