Edit: It appears that the OpenTickets plugin is conflicting with my WooCommerce installation. My “Edit Order” screen in the WP Admin is not displaying properly. Any insight on this?

In debug mode, it says “Undefined Index: wp-content/plugins/opentickets-community-edition/inc/sys/pages/base-page.class.php on line 74”

    Hello @bborman

Is the ticket purchase as shown in the WooCommerce Orders section showing as “Complete”?

Until this is the status – an email containing a link to the ticket will not be sent

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply.

When i made my test order, they were marked as complete right away – never had a chance to go through the “processing” step. Not sure why.

As of now, the “edit order” screen isn’t working. This is what i get as a display on all orders, even complete ones of previous purchases of other products.

    Hello @bborman

Based on our experiences thus far – we have found that some who use the plugin accidentally miss out some key steps when setting up an event

To help with this we have created a series of How-To videos with detailed step-by-step instructions

Please can you take a look at them at:

    https://opentickets.com/videos

… so you can make sure you haven’t inadvertently missed any steps

If you still have probems, please let us know by way of reply here and we’ll try to help you further

    Chris – thank you!

I re-watched the videos and am now able to view the ticket. Everything works great on the user side.

However, I still am encountering a conflict on the admin side – the edit order pages are not loading correctly when the OpenTickets plugin is activated. (see screenshot above)

Let me know if you have any suggestions.

    @bborman

In order for us to take a look at this please can you create us an admin account on the site and then send those credentials along with the admin URL to [email protected]

If it helps – I set up a brand new install of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Opentickets on MAMP and it is giving me the same problem. So I am ruling out conflicts with other plugins or code.

    Hello @bborman

The problem with not being able to view an order’s details was caused by a change in the new version of WooCommerce

We have corrected this with an update to OpenTickets Community Edition – so please update our plugin when you get a chance

Please also then check about the ticket link in the confirmation email – bearing in mind that the system will only send such an email when it knows that an order is complete

    Thanks! Looks great.

Hi, having the same problem. I fought all day with the PayPal IPN settings to get payments to actually complete because I thought that was why it wasn’t giving the ticket link in the emails, but that does not appear to be the case.

If I buy a ticket using a coupon, I sends the confirmation with the ticket link. If I actually buy a ticket with PayPal, it does not send the link.

Hey @sk716 , What is the status of the order once you pay for it with paypal ipn (when you are not getting the email)?

Hi loushou, it is coming up completed in the system and sending the email immediately. There is no hang since I got the PayPal IPN issue worked out. But it’s not sending the ticket link in the email.

Still have the issue. Even though the order in complete in the system and the stock number is reduced, there is no link generated and on the Order Details page under Order Items is shows:
    Event: (no event selected)

This does not happen on coupon comped tickets.

    Hey @sk716,

The fact that it is showing ‘no event selected’ leads me to believe that part of the checkout process is not working as expected. I have tested this locally with the PayPal IPN in sandbox mode, and I cannot seem to reproduce it there. I am going to try it on one of my other dev environments now. I will keep you informed with updates on this.
