Plugins update every time I log into WordPress
-
My plugins update (or roll back sometimes) every time I log in to WordPress. All plugins are up to date and none of the plugin authors seem to have a clue why this is happening. It seems to be a wordpress plugin issue.
The error messages are arcane in nature and 3 plugins seem to experience a repeated rollback / update until 2 of them crashes and breaks other plugins that require these to work, breaking my site completely.
1. The first plugin that creates a serious issue is this one:
Go Portfolio
https://codecanyon.net/user/GranthMESSAGE ON TOP OF WP DASHBOARD SCREEN:
Go – Responsive Portfolio for WP plugin has been updated! Current version: 1.6.1
Go – Responsive Portfolio for WP plugin has been updated! Current version: 1.5.0
Go – Responsive Portfolio for WP plugin has been updated! Current version: 1.6.1
Go – Responsive Portfolio for WP plugin has been updated! Current version: 1.5.0
… it goes on an one for a whole page!!! Although this plugin notes at the top of the dashboard are a cause for concern, they do not present an immediate issue for me.2. The second is from WooCommerce:
WooCommerce Data Update Required – We just need to update your install to the latest version
<Run the updater> – URL t updateWhen I click it, the updater works fine, but when I log out and log back in again, the message appears again????
This is a MAJOR issue because the EXTRA PRODUCT OPTIONS plugin cannot be activated if this update is not run. This breaks my site and all products are unavailable.
3. The third one is:
https://time.ly/I use their calendar core and the extended views.
This error is very annoying because it deactivate the plugin and my event driven site goes down.
I can click the link to update the plugin, but the error comes back after logging out and back into wordpress. MAJOR PROBLEM!
ERRORS ON TOP OF SCREEN:
All In One Event Calendar has been disabled due to an error:
