Add images to media library from post.

  • I already have web-pages/urls from which I want to create posts for my wordpress site.

    When I copy an image from another web-page and paste it in my wordpress post body, everything works fine, but the image source is the url I copied it from.

    Is there a way that allows me to copy images from another web-pages and when pasted in post body it adds the image to my server(media library) and links to it?

    Hope i’m clear enough.

  • You would have to save the image onto your local PC there, and upload it to your site.

    But… Be careful of copyright. Depending on where you’re getting the images form, some people might not like you hot-linking to their images, or copying them for yourself. If you’re going to do that, always make sure that you get permission first.

    you can use photobucket.com .
    copy url and upload it in photobucket by url..
    and then copy url from phtobucket…to get your website faster…
