Add Attribute button not working

    Hi

    I have Jigoshop installed and I wish to add some attributes to my items, however when I click on “add attribute” nothing happens. I have tried this on 5 different computers both mac and PC and different browsers.

    Please let me know what I can do to try to resolve this issue?

    Attributes aren’t working for me either, on a brand new WordPress installation with 2015 theme running. I’m just testing for a client and wanted to make sure Jigo would do what we needed. When I enter data for a new attribute and hit Add Attribute, there’s a pause as if it’s saving but then nothing shows up in the list. It still says “No attributes currently exist.” Have tried numerous times, several browsers.

    Looking forward to a resolution.

    Hi, Sorry for such delay. Does it behave this way if you add attributes globally?

    Jigoshop > Products > Attribues

    Hello,

    It seems that Jigoshop somehow was unable to create jigoshop_attribute_taxonomies table. Could you confirm using PhpMyAdmin?
