Changes are not updating (sticky logo)

I added a jpg logo and then viewed it in a few browsers, I then decided to make a transparent png instead and saved all changes then went to look and all other browsers even on my tablet show a broken image and that it’s still linking a jpg when it’s now a png.
I’ve clear browing history , force refresh etc. nothing works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
