How do I translate 404 errors?

    Hi, very nice plugin! I selected my language as Brazilian Portuguese in WordPress settings, and activated this plugin, but how do I get the text of the 404 error message translated? In theory I can edit the 404.php file in Genesis, but I know that changes to Genesis can be overwritten when Genesis receives version updates.

    Right now my 404 page is a blend of English and Portuguese:

    Error 404, página n?o encontrada
