Notification – Redirects issue

I was try to redirect the page after form submission. But when I try as per your tutorial [https://docs.ninjaforms.com/article/207-notification-redirects] I found following error:
Call to a member function activate() on a non-object ….. in …./classes/notifications.php
Take it for reference.
