    I read the reviews then installed Kraken on my Health-Boundaries site. About two days later Google was happier with my most visited page, for which I’m used Kraken for the main image. Happiness.

    Today I installed Kraken in my very small gardening site. It didn’t seem to do anything with the image I uploaded.

    For health-boundaries the kraken image didn’t show as a picture, just a name.

    For Grow-Your-Vitamins the image I uploaded looks like all my other images. So, has it been losslessly compressed?

    2nd question. Could you program Kraken to include the size of the image? When I don’t have image sizes with my images, Google PageSpeed Insights docks me because it apparently takes longer to download an image when its dimensions aren’t included.

    Right now, to include the dimensions. I’d have to deactivate Kraken, upload the image, then activate Kraken, upload the image again, put the image into my page and then go to TEXT and add the sizes from the Not-Kraken image…

    That’s a process… so it would be great if you could program in this feature.

    You’ve certainly created a GREAT program. Will you be able to sustain it? I’d hate to think of losing it. ?? You might want to look at TablePress and how he asks for donations. ??

    When I wrote to you, as you asked, You said as an answer, apparently, that I had registered as a CC, Then when I asked you about that you didn’t know what CC meant, and I don’t know.

    I’m horrified at the TERRIBLE level of help.

    What does CC mean? I really hate your inability to give a clear answer.

    Hi Karen,

    I searched our helpdesk for the term CC and it returns no results. I do not remember using the term CC, nor do I know what it means or refers to.

    Can we please calm down here? Clearly there is a miscommunication somewhere down the line. I have sent you another email from our helpdesk.
