Redirects in The WordPress Gallery ?

First of all, I really like this plugin (been using it for over 3 years). I’m so addicted to it that I’m not exactly sure how intertwined it has become in my own website. At any rate, I was wondering if a question I recently posted in the WordPress Support Forums should have been asked here instead. Now I’m not sure if what I’m after is a Core, or Plugin issue. Maybe somebody here can tell me.
