Active in not accurate

MultiSite has about 400 sites in it, configured as subdomains, the “active in” column is not showing accurate information. A couple plugins I know are active on certain subsites, are showing as “not activated”
Any ideas on this?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/multisite-enhancements/
