Can I pay someone to login to my computer & teach me?

Are their any companies or professional individuals out there to assist me?

I need to:
– Clean up the back end of my website
– Make sure wordpress and my website are running well
– Help me understand webmaster and how to fix all the things popping up
– Optimize my seo
– Make sure my site is clean and healthy for google etc

I want someone to do this but teach me at the same time so I know whats going on and can fix things in the future.

Is there even such a thing?

The amount of time I would spend and have spent trolling through forums/ typing questions into google and wordpress forums. I would be better off paying someone to log into my computer and do it with me.
