Move header.php template and styles into mu-plugin

    In my multisite wordpress project, I want to move my header.php template and styling to a plugin and include that in the mu-plugins folder. The reason for this is that i want this header to be global/display on all sites of my wordpress installation by including it as a mu-plugin.
